How does career coaching work?

Based on my experience it varies from client to client, tailored to meet their needs and will include:

Getting to know yourself  What are your values, strengths and passions?  How are you holding yourself back? What puts a skip in your step and what drags you down?

Exploring your future  Creatively explore what the wide list of options are for your career and start to refine the list to those that best match you and what you want.

Making your map  Also known as action planning!  Here we explore the big and small steps you can take to move towards a career that is a fit for you.  We might look at steps such as networking, volunteering, part time work, reading and researching.    Otherwise, we focus on getting your CV ready and your interview skills up to scratch.

The majority of the sessions will be face to face with email and phone back up in between sessions.
