My favourite is #1 – address the human side systematically. No this isn’t about HR processes – it is about really thinking through what does this mean for our people? What are they loosing? What do they have to stop doing? What do they have to start doing? After all – what does it mean when we hear “be more innovative” “focus on our customers needs” “go collaborate”??? Lets give our teams a chance of success and think through the human side systematically!
