What does it take for you to take on board a new habit? To stick to a new gym routine, to journal daily? To walk a little further? A lot right? A lot of commitment and a lot of daily practice and when you fall off, you dust yourself down and start all over again.
When change is a thing we imagine we can roll it out, send out newsletters or send people on a series of workshops. We delete the knowledge that we have about how hard it is for us to change when we think about our organisations!
