So many people find it hard to #sayno – feeling it makes them a lesser person, a rude, inconsiderate, selfish friend and colleague.  Is this ringing true?  Right now, a few of my #coaching clients are finding this a real issue – how can they be both helpful and focussed?

Over time this can lead to accumulations of frustration or anger which can erupt unexpectedly.  Alternatively, you might over commit to other peoples priorities and projects and not having enough time to look after your needs and projects.
