Changing habits?

falling off a bikeThis blog from @SethGodin really rang true for me.  So much of taking steps towards your next job, developing a new skill or #habit really boils down to this simple advice – sit down, shut up and type (or exercise, or make the call, or have the tricky conversation!)  Easy to say – hard to do – but having someone to support you can make all the difference.  Try #coaching

  1. It’s funny how the simple things are often the hardest to do. Developing a habit does take time, the will and discipline to do it. Finding a coach or mentor is certainly the way to go. Thanks for sharing.
