Feeling battered by all the things that you “should” be?

This article from conscious living blog by @jillianlavander gives a great suggestion on how we can tune into our own “shoulds” and try another way of responding rather than doing what we’ve always done.  It is frightening and amazing as you start to realise that your “shoulds” are not facts or rules – but they are choices that you can change.  This can bring a great sense of opportunity and freedom.
