Can you slow down for 10 minutes?

This lovely piece from @justinadamwise is a great reminder of the value of slowing down – just for a few minutes and why it is so hard to do.  Many of the people I work with are beset with expectations of constant busyness and it is just exhausting for them – it doesn’t bring joy, happiness or peace.  Rather it brings a sense of being a mouse on a wheel, spinning, spinning, never running fast enough, never getting enough done.

Justin suggests another way.  Find a mere 10 minutes today and slow down.  Meditate, breath, get off the bus or tube a stop early, take a photo and drink it in, dance, sing and see what happens.
