Responding to change – walls or windmills?

Embrace change.... drive change with passion and energy

What a lovely idea.  When there is just too much on we can naturally revert to building walls to keep the change at bay.  But whilst walls can keep things out, they also keep us in.  The power from a windmill can create energy and opportunity.
