Sometimes we get out of touch with what makes us happy. We get bogged down in chores, the day to day grind. I’m not saying lets be happy 24 hours a day but we all need a regular dose of happy – and I mean at work and at play. Next time you want to reconnect with being happy I suggest two starters:
- first, start making a list of what makes you happy and do more of it, more often. Simple but the most enjoyable productive way I know.
