Can you remember what makes you happy?

Sometimes we get out of touch with what makes us happy.  We get bogged down in chores, the day to day grind.  I’m not saying lets be happy 24 hours a day but we all need a regular dose of happy – and I mean at work and at play.  Next time you want to reconnect with being happy I suggest two starters:

  • first, start making a list of what makes you happy and do more of it, more often.  Simple but the most enjoyable productive way I know.
  • Have a look at these TED talks on happiness.
