Finding meditation difficult?

Many of my coaching clients take on a short mediation practice to help build their awareness and focus.  But, meditation can be a little fraught with the myths we tell ourselves about meditating e.g.

  • it should be easy,
  • my mind should be quiet,
  • I will instantly be a calm enlightened being!

To reassure yourself that you are not alone and to dispel the myths read this.
