Mastery and Michelangelo

If people knew how hard I had to work to gain my mastery, it would not seem so wonderful at all.”—Michelangelo

What a great quote. An antidote to the idea that organisations and individuals can suddenly change, learn and implement new skills or habits.  When trying to change a habit or take on a new way of thinking it takes practice and support. People around you might be surprised by this change in direction which could easily nudge you off course. But,  practice can bring mastery. Thank you Michelangelo.
